RETURNS

During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice.

Returns will only be accepted if the item ordered is still intact in original box / packaging / not worn and firstly examined by management at MEL.

An exchange can be rejected if lashes appear to be tampered with & not in original state they were sent to you in due to health and hygiene reasons. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to magnetic-eye-lashes.com. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for.

Once magnetic eyelashes are received, we will then refund your order and will send out a confirmation email. Any questions regarding your purchase please contact us.
